The ADRIGE algorithm is a formalized process algorithm for solving problems that have occurred and is easy to apply to problem solving As a tool for systematic thinking, it helps to derive original ideas from various perspectives. This study uses the ADRIGE algorithm to analyze problems and define problems as a solution to problems caused by a decrease in corporate profits by maintaining the ownership stake of start-up entrepreneurs It was conducted and resource utilization and ideal ideas were derived to derive an ideal solution. After that, the contradiction problem defined through CECA analysis was derived using resource search, standard solution, 40 invention principles, and contradiction resolution separation principles, and other knowledge. The final solution is to vote on the right to vote by selling the ownership interest to a friendly interest that can be delegated It is to increase profit generation by securing decision-making control and promoting sales through investment management. 국문 초록 (Abstract)

신생기업은 창업 초기에 기존 사업이 아닌 새로운 사업에 집중하기에 자금 부족, 의사결정, 소유 지분, 판로 확보, 환경 불확실성 또는 이들 모두로 인해 기업의 상당 부분이 어려 움을 겪게 된다. 이를 극복하는 과정에서 복잡하고 다양한 비표준화된 문제가 발생하게 된다. 특히 신생 창업기업의 소유 지분 유지를 통해 의사결정 권한을 가지면서 운영자금을 확보해야 하는 문제 해결을 위해 ADRIGE 알고리즘을 적용하여 해결 방안을 모색하였다. ADRIGE 알고리즘은 발생된 문제의 해결을 위한 정형화된 프로세스 알고리즘으로 문제 해결에 적용하기 쉽고, 체계적인 사고의 도구로서 다양한 관점에서의 독창적 아이디어의 도출할 수 있도록 도움을 준다. 본 연구는 신생 창업기업 창업자의 소유 지분을 유지함으로써 기업의 이익 감소 발생에 따른 문제 해결로서 ADRIGE 알고리즘을 이용해 문제 분석과 문제 정의를 실시하였으며 이상적 해결안의 도출을 위해 자원 활용과 이상적 아이디어를 도출하였다. 이후 CECA 분석을 통해 정의된 모순 문제는 자원 탐색, 표준해, 40가지 발명 원리, 모순 해결 분리 원리 등을 활용하고 기타 지식들을 활용하여 최종 해결안을 도출하였다. 최종 해결안은 의결권을 위임받을 수 있는 우호지분에 소유 지분을 매각하여 의사결정 지배력을 확보하고 이를 통한 투자금 운영으로 판매촉진을 하여 이익 창출을 증대하는 것이다. 이를 토대로 TRIZ 방법론이 비기술분야에도 적용 가능하며, 이에 따른 많은 기대효과를 얻게 되었다.
