      There is a positive side in that, compared to the previous law, the legal status of the lecturer was secured, when the Lecturer Act came into force, and Identity is guaranteed, on 1st August, 2019. However, because the university cited an administrative and financial burden, with the introduction of a new system, another problem trying to reduce instructors is being talked about. Under these circustances, this study examined that collective agreements of major university lecturer’s unions after the implementation of the Lecturers Act, in order to provide a stable educational and research environment for lecturers and to ensure that they are treated and guaranteed in accordance with their role as educators. And based on this, to maintain or improve the working conditions of university lecturers and to improve their economic and social status, it presented the basic direction that the collective bargaining agreement of the instructors’ union should fundamentally aim for and the agreement that should be revised. It reads as follows, First, it presented the basic direction thar collective agreements of major universities should fundamentally aim for and the agreements that should be specifically revised. the main contents are the scope of application of collective agreements, the provision of convenience for unions, the exemption system, or Time-Off System for working hours, the right to participate in university organizations in unions, labor-management councils, etc.
      Second, regarding the working conditions and benefits of university lecturers, access to university amenities, suffrage of lecturers inspection of the director, research space provision for instructors, Practical operation of labor-management councils is necessary.
      Third, to improve the maintenance of university lecturer’s working conditions and to enhance their economic and social status, the universities and colleges’ users shall faithfully implement collective agreements. and regarding the revision of collective agreements, it suggested the direction of the unions in the future.
