Epoxidized natural rubber(ENR) was cured with 3-amino-1,2,4-triazole(ATA) which was catalyzed by bisphenol A to produce a shape memory polymer with variable glass transition and mechanical properties. Stress-strain analysis showed that tensile strength and modulus increased while elongation at break decreased as the increase in ATA content in the network. Dynamic mechanical analysis showed that the glass transition temperature can be readily controlled from 20℃ to 77℃ and storage modulus can be increased by varying the molar ratio of ATA : ENR from 0.05 to 0.2. And the cured ENR exhibited a excellent shape memory behavior.
