경계선 성격장애 성향이 우울에 미치는 영향: 심리적 유연성의 매개효과 검증 = The Influence of Personality Disorder Traits on Depression: Mediating Effect of Psychological Flexibility

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 경계선 성격장애 성향과 우울 간의 관계에서 심리적 유연성의 매개효과를 살펴보고자 하였다. 경남에 소재한 4개의 대학교 소속인 대학생 이상의 성인 328명(남학생 131명, 여학생 197명)을 대상으로 성격장애 진단검사, 수용-행동 질문지(AAO-Ⅱ), 한국 우울증 척도(KDS)를 사용하여 설문조사를 실시하였으며 구조방정식 모형을 사용하여 경계선 성격장애 성향과 우울의 관계에서 심리적 유연성의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 분석 결과, 경계선 성격장애 성향과 우울은 유의하게 정적 상관을 나타냈고 심리적 유연성과 경계선 성격장애 성향, 우울은 부적 상관을 나타냈다. 그리고 심리적 유연성은 경계선 성격장애 성향과 우울과의 관계에서 부분매개효과를 나타냈지만 이 매개효과는 성별에서 차이를 보였다. 경계선 성격장애 성향과 우울과의 관계에서 심리적 유연성이 부분매개한다는 여성 집단의 결과에 반해, 남성 집단에서는 심리적 유연성의 완전매개모형이 적합한 것으로 밝혀졌다. 본 연구의 이러한 결과들은 경계선 성격장애 성향이 있는 사람들의 우울 치료에서 ‘심리적 수용’에 대해 다루는 것의 중요성을 시사한다. 끝으로 본 연구의 제한점과 향후 연구방향을 기술하였다.
