We seem that China is the only successfully had been trans formed state from socialist to capitalist in the earth. Nevertheless her politics still not have perfect stabilization, moreover political system and it's changes are not shaping in orderly fashion.
So because we return head and consider the time from Dengxioping's day to the this year's the Sixteenth Chinese Communist Party Congress. Party congress are the most authoritative public events in politics of the China and itself. Because the functions that party congress perform are fundamental, preparations for convening them are intensely nowadays China politics. As also party congress remain the transitions of the Chinese political leadership, political Elite and political organizations.
