Spontaneous rupture of the liver or the splenic artery in the absence of a history or evidence of external trauma is a rare and catastrophic complications of pregnancy. A cases of spontaneous rupture of the liver and the splenic artery in pregnancy (33wks) , which was encountered in 27 year old multiparous woman, is presented and literature concerned are reviewed briefly.
