관람객 체험 유형 분석을 통한 디자인 전시회 만족도 및 충성도에 관한 연구 -원저우 국제 디자인 비엔날레를 중심으로- = Research on the satisfaction and faithfullness of exhibitions of art design categories based on audience experience types - The Case of Wenzhou International Design Biennial Exhibition -

국문 초록 (Abstract)

최근 몇 년간 중국 각급 정부의 지원하에 각종 예술 디자인 분야의 전시가 우후죽순처럼 개최되면서 번영 발전하는 양상을 보이고 있다. 경쟁이 치열하고 경비가 제한된 상황에서 관중 체험 유형의 만족도 및 충성도는 과연 어떠할까? 문화 소비와 경험 경제의 추세하에 본 연구는 관중 경험의 시각으로부터 연구자가 전시회 기획에 참여한 <원저우 국제 디자인 비엔날레>를 개별 사례로 하여 정량 연구법을 위주로 연구하면서 예술 디자인 전시 관람객들의 기존 서비스 및 경험에 대한 느낌을 평가하였다. 연구 결과， 사교체험 만족도를 향상 시키는 방식은 예술디자인 전시의 관중 충성도를 제고시키는데 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

In recent years, exhibitions of various art design categories have been launched in succession thanks to the support and encouragement of Chinese governments at various levels, showing a thriving scene of vigorous development. Under the circumstances of fierce competition and limited funds, how about the satisfaction and faithfulness of audience experience types? Against the trend of cultural consumption and experiential economy and from the perspective of audience experience, the author of this paper takes Wenzhou International Design Biennial Exhibition mostly curated by him as a case, and uses the main method of quantitative research to carry out the exploration, and appraises the feelings of audience of art design exhibitions toward existing service and experience. Research shows: By improving the satisfaction of social experience, it has a positive impact on increasing audience faithfulness in exhibitions of art design categories.
