ON the 9th ult. the annual meetings were held at Carnarvon. At 10 a.m., over 300 teachers, nearly all men, assembled in the English Presbyterian Chapel, and the Rev. CYNFFIG DAVIES, who presided, said their main object was to popularise the love of music among the masses. It was characteristic of Welsh musical composers that for the greater part they were children of the people, who had spent their earlier years in manual labour.
