The purpose of the study were to qualitatively analyze the technical structure of primary movement in aerobic exercise and to identify the influence of systematic skill analysis training of aerobic exercise to improve skill perfonenance. Subjects were 25 high school aerobic athletes; 12 have won a prize in the national aerobic competition and 13 have not. To attain the propose of the study, skill analysis tool for aerobic skill was developed and applied to the subjects. Assessment tools used in this study were consisted of 20 items, 5 Liken scale to test the subjects` aerobic skills to focused on one arm and one leg push-up for dynamic strength, L-support full taro for static strength and straddle jump to push-up for jump and leaps. The subjects in each group was received the skill analysis training during 3 months. Then their aerobic slalls were taken a photograph and assessed by the skill analysis tools. In a next stage, the movement errors found in movement analysis of subjects were corrected. After all such processes of movement analysis, improvement of aerobic slflll was tested through frequency analysis and paired t-test. Results indicated that both the elite group and the non elite group reported high scores on dynamic strength, static strength and jump & leaps, but the elite group was showed greater improvement in all skill cateQOries than the non elite Qroup.
