지속가능한 생태관광을 위한 관광정책 개발에 관한 연구 = A Study on the Development of Tourism Policy for Sustainable Ecotourism

Due to rapid and vigorous development of mankind and changes in the times and environment, the progress of urbanization, and the indiscriminate use of resources and mass consumption of human beings, the ecosystem balance has been disrupted and environmental problems have reached serious levels.
The purpose of this paper is to develop a sustainable tourism policy through ecotourism program emerging as a new type of tourism in order to conserve the environment due to rapidly changing environment and environment, And to explore future plans of tourism policy through ecotourism program. Through this, we intend to develop tourism policy for sustainable ecotourism. In order for sustainable ecotourism to develop successfully, it is necessary to make full use of the resources and potentials of the human resources and resources of the local community, and above all, voluntary efforts of local residents will be needed. Therefore, local governments, residents and businesses should cooperate to develop tourism policy based on the development of new tourism resources and programs for sustainable ecotourism in order to develop tourism policy in accordance with changes in tourism environment.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

시대와 환경의 변화에 따른 인류의 급속하고 광활한 개발과 도시화의 진전, 그리고 인간의 무분별한 자원 사용과 대량 소비로 인해 생태계의 균형이 깨지고 환경 문제가 심각한 수준에 이르게 되었다. 본 논문은 급변하는 시대적 상황과 환경의 변화에 따른 환경을 보전하는 차원에서 새로운 관광형태로 떠오르는 생태관광 프로그램을 통한 지속가능한 관광정책을 개발하고 이를 효과적으로 실현하는 전략을 논의하고 지속가능한 생태관광 및 관광지의 육성과 생태관광 프로그램을 통한 관광정책의 향후 방안을 모색하고자 한다. 이를 통해서 지속가능한 생태관광을 위한 관광정책을 개발하고자 한다. 지속가능한 생태관광이 성공적으로 발전하기 위해서는 지역사회의 인적․물적 부존자원과 잠재력을 최대한 활용하여야 할 것이며, 무엇보다 지역주민들의 자발적인 노력이 필요할 것이다. 따라서 관광환경의 변화에 따른 관광정책 개발을 위하여 지자체와 주민, 기업 등이 협력하여 지속가능한 생태관광을 위한 새로운 관광자원 및 프로그램 개발을 토대로 관광정책 개발을 활성화하여야 할 것이다.
