著作權法上의 同一性 維持權에 관한 小考 = A Study on the Right to the Integrity of the Work in Copyright Law

Right to the integrity of the work is the authors' right not to be changed, controlled and revised of content, form and title of their works and allowed to change them. This right to the integrity of the work is a kind of moral right, may accompany illegal use of works like the violation of right to publish or not to publish and right to paternity, but the most urgent problem in information society is the right to the integrity of the work.
Therefore, this study examines the legal principles of right to the integrity of the work on the current copyright law judicial precedents and investigates the issues of the right to the integrity of the work.
