PSS 디자인 프로세스를 활용한 서비스디자인 컨셉 제안 = A Concept proposal about service design that utilize PSS design process : Focused on Printer market

국문 초록 (Abstract)

산업의 구조가 제조업 중심의 패러다임에서 서비스 중심의 패러다임으로 변화하고 있다. 앞으로는 가시적인 제품과 비가시적인 서비스가 적절하게 융합되어, 소비자에게 새로운 가치를 제공하여 차별화된 경쟁력을 갖추어야 한다. 이는 기업경영에서의 중요한 핵심전략의 가능성을 가늠하게 할 것이다. 제품-서비스 통합시스템(PSS)은 다양한 이해관계자의 특징을 도출하여 다방면의 니즈충족을 가능하게 하고, 고객과의 상호작용을 통해 기업이 고객의 요구 사항 또한 효과적이고 지속해서 관리하여 혁신적인 가치를 제공할 수 있게 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 제품-서비스 통합 시스템(PSS)의 프로세스를 기반으로 연구의 범위를 실제 개발을 목표로 하며 프린터기의 새로운 제품디자인 및 신서비스 개발 사례를 제안하였다. 연구의 과정은 소비자/사용자의 총 131개의 요구조건을 도출하여 실제 사용하는 사용자 관점에 중점을 두고 During 단계의 56개의 요구조건을 기반으로 연구를 진행하였다. 이러한 요구조건을 E3 Value system에 분류하여 Economical value와 Functional value의 니즈가 기장 많은 것으로 나타났고, 두 가지 관점의 Activity를 Context 기반 PSS 행위 모델링을 통해 프린터기를 사용하면서 접하게 되는 상황을 분석하였다. 이러한 과정을 통해 시나리오 및 Service Blueprint를 도출하여 "Printer Rental Service System Concept’을 구축하였다.
정의된 컨셉을 바탕으로 세 가지 디자인 요소 및 서비스로 제안하였다. 본 연구를 통해 제품-서비스 통합 시스템(PSS)의 이해를 높이고, 실제 디자인에 적용하는 사례를 개발하여 사용자 관점의 통합적인 시스템을 구축한다면, 이를 통해 기업의 경쟁력 향상에 기여가 가능할 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The structure of the industry from a manufacturing-oriented paradigm is changing the paradigm of service-oriented. Through this study to improve the understanding of Product-Service System of the practices that apply to the actual design, development, and if the user’s point of view, the integration of building systems, through which you will be able to contribute to the improvement of the competitiveness of enterprises.
