In the future, in the expansion of the low-energy remodeling market, the prototype model will play a role in saving a lot of resources. In this study, a prototype model was created and calibrated based on the statistical data of the Korea Energy Economics Institute. As a result of HESS data analysis before calibration, it was found that cooling energy use was low. To solve this problem, we tried to improve the quality of the calibration input variables by adding additional input variables, such as the shadow effect due to the surrounding buildings and the natural ventilation effect.
