This study presented ways for peaceful resolution to the US-China conflict, which is emerging as a key to the global economic recovery, from a negotiation point of view. In order to resolve the conflict between the two countries, the development of the US-China conflict since the 1950s was listed based on annual events, and the positions of the two countries on the conflict issues were examined. In addition, conflict indicators were constructed by classifying conflict issues into four categories: Non-Tradable issues (NT), Bridgeable issues (B), Tradable issues (T), and Compatible issues (C) in which interests of the two countries are compatible. Based on this, a conflict resolution plan was presented with a problem-solving approach along with cases. Finally, the US-China conflict agenda was divided into 2 categories where Korea was a party and a third party, and Korea's roles in each case for resolving the conflict between the two countries were presented.
