우리나라기업의 대중국시장 진출 효율화 방안에 관한 연구 = A Study on The Efficiency of Korean Trade and Investment into China

Since Korea and China amity, economic exchange of both countries has developed to continue fast. Latest, signing in WTO, holding 2008 Bejing Olympic and 2010 World exhibition has been incorporating into her economy global economic system are making inroads into China to hold huge domestic market of her.In these situation, China trade and investment evacuation of Korean Companies are increasing.Countermeasure policy for China trade and investment evacuation factor is following; First, when China trade and invest Korean firms must be deliberate. Because China is different from cultural custom, law and investment environment according to local government Second, China market environment is suddenly changing now. Consequently, Korean firms must change trade and investment strategy to survive into China too. Third when Korean firms select host collaborator, they select province companies than national enterprises and Korean firms need to keep a business tie with them. Forth, Korean firms do not have to negligent training of a specialist. Because they can achieve their business goal efficiently as specialist bring up. Finally, Korean firms must be have exact and superior information with other Korean firms to avoid problem which can occur when they trade and invest into China.
