As is said that "the physical strength is the just national power", the issue of modern sports seemingly depend on the body stamina. With three elements of technique, spiritual willingness, and physical fitness, victory will be assured under their well organized ties, undoubtedly. If human basic ability could be expressed by acts of physical and spiritual development in concert, real acting power will be derived from strong physical fitness. Therefore, this study will be focused on the training anatomy for making a top class tennis champion, along with its effective training method and enough understandings on the physical strength development.
