초심집단상담자 교육프로그램 요소에 대한 탐색적 연구: 초심집단상담자의 요구를 중심으로 = An Exploratory Study on the Elements of an Educational Program for Novice Group Counselors: Focusing on Novice Group Counselor’ Needs

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to investigate content elements and method elements of a group counseling education program required by novice group counselors. For data, 85 novice group counselors were polled and CQR-M was used for analysis. Our analysis revealed the following. First, content elements of education programs were classified into 7 domains: getting start with group counseling; operating skills; flexible managing skills in both conflict and difficult situations; self-understanding and emotional regulation, understanding and intervening of group dynamics, qualifications and ethics for the group counseling, the group counseling program that reflects the learner’s current organization. Second, method elements of education programs were classified into 6 domains; direct practice, indirect practice, supervision, providing practical programs and utilization materials, repetitive and long-term systematic education and etc.
