      The purpose of this study is to measure the effectiveness of blended occupational safety and health education based on experiential learning for vocational high school trainees. In Korea, the number of industrial accidents that occurred to field trainees reached 40 from 2016 to 2018, including two fatalities. The subjects of this study are 437 students in the third year of six vocational high schools, and the survey period is from July 31, 2020, to May 18, 2021. To verify the educational effectiveness, a one-group pretest-posttest design was applied to conduct the pretest and posttest for each group of students, and the data were analyzed by paired t-test and analysis of variance (ANOVA). The results of the study showed a significant increase in all three domains of knowledge (t=-5.30, p<.001), skills (t=-6.40, p<.001), and attitudes (t=-7.32, p<.001) after the implementation of alternative education based-on experiential learning, indicating that this alternative education practice is effective.
