유ㆍ청소년 I리그 사업 정책 개선 방안 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 어린이와 청소년이 가장 많이 참여하는 축구체제의 비교분석을 토대로 프로그램 현황을 파악했다. 국내 축구 리그에 참가하는 관계자, 지도자, 유소년 선수들의 다양한 의견을 바탕으로 프로그램의 취지와 최전방현장의 운영현 황을 점검해 부족한 부분을 개선하고 다른 연구와 차별화할 수 있는 발전 대안을 제시하고자 했다. 본 연구는 국내외 유소 년 축구 지원 사업 분석과 사업에 참여하는 이해관계자 인터뷰를 통해 정책 개선 방안을 수립했다. 본 연구에서 도출한 결론은 다음과 같다. 우선 방향 공유 대책 마련과 문화 프로그램 가이드라인 제정을 통해 I-리그의 정체성을 강화할 필요 가 있다. 둘째, 참가자들의 흥미를 유발하고 경기력 향상을 위해 경기 파일럿 도입과 디비전시리즈 시스템을 구축해야 한다. 셋째, I-League 인식 개선과 효율적인 커뮤니케이션 및 리그 운영을 위해 비즈니스 시스템을 체계화해야 한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In this study, the current status of the program was identified based on comparative analysis of the soccer system in which children and teenagers participate the most. Based on various opinions of officials, leaders, and youth players participating in the domestic soccer league, the government also wanted to examine the purpose of the program and the operation status under the front line to improve the deficiencies and suggest alternatives for development to differentiate itself from other research. This study established policy improvement measures through analysis of youth soccer support projects at home and abroad and interviews with stake-holders participating in the projects. The conclusions drawn from this study are as follows. First, it is necessary to strengthen the identity of the I-League through the preparation of direction sharing measures and the establishment of guidelines for cultural programs. Second, the level of competition pilot introduction and division league system should be established in order to generate interest and improve performance of participants. Third, the business system should be systematized for the improvement of I-League awareness and efficient communication and league operation.
