사회적 경제 기업 평가모형의 가중치 분석 : 신용보증기금의 일반형 평가모형을 기준으로 = Analysis of the Weights of an Evaluation Model for Social Economy Enterprises: Focused on the General Evaluation Model of KODIT

국문 초록 (Abstract)

사회적 경제 기업의 경제적 자립을 지원하기 위한 평가모형이 코로나19 이후 변화된 사회 현실과 점차 늘어나는 사회적 경제 기업의 경제적 상황을 충분히 담아내지 못하고 있다. 이런 방향에서 본 연구는 신용보증기금의 사회적 경제 기업 일반형 평가모형을 기준으로 사회적 경제 기업의 경제적 자립 지원을 위한 기업 평가항목을 분석하였다. 주요 이해관계자인 신용보증기금, 금융기관 그리고 사회적 경제 기업을 대상으로 조사한 후, AHP 방식으로 가중치를 결정하고, 이를 기존의 가중치와 비교하였다. 분석결과, 기존의 평가모형에 비하여 기업 미션의 사회적 가치와 직무교육 노력의 중요 성이 더 높게 평가되었으며, 이러한 변화에 가장 많이 영향을 준 이해관계자는 사회적 경제 기업이 었다. 본 연구의 결과는 신용보증기금의 일반형 평가모형 개선에 기여할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 사회 적 경제 기업의 경쟁력 확보와 자립을 위한 연구에도 활용될 수 있다

It has been raised that the existing evaluation models for promoting the economic self-reliance of social economy enterprises do not adequately capture the changing social reality and the challenging economic situation of social economy enterprises gradually increasing after COVID-19. In the direction, this study analyzed the evaluation factors for supporting the economic self-reliance of social economy enterprises, focused on the general evaluation model of KODIT(Korea Credit Guarantee Fund) for social economy enterprises. We collected opinions from three major stakeholders: KODIT, financial institutions, and social economy enterprises. We then used the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) to determine the weights and compared them with the existing weights. The analysis results showed that compared to the existing evaluation model, the social value of enterprise missions and the importance of job training efforts were evaluated more highly, and the stakeholders that had the most significant influence on these changes were social economy enterprises. The results of this study can contribute not only to the improvement of the general evaluation model of KODIT but also to research aimed at enhancing the competitiveness and self-reliance of social economy enterprises.
