다문화 공영을 위한 문화소통 연구- 다문화발전과 공존을 위한 집단지성 형성을중심으로- = A Study on Cultural Communication for Multicultural Co-prosperity: Centering on the Formation of Collective Intelligence for Multicultural Development and Coexistence

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구는 이미 다문화사회로 진입한 한국사회의 다문화 양상과 다문화갈등의 구체적 내용을 이해하고, 다문화를 상호 존중하며 궁극적으로 다문화를 통하여 공동번영을 위한 전략 및 방법론을 고찰하는 데 주요 목적이 있다. 특히 한 공간에서 개별적으로 존재하는 외래문화를 연결하고, 문화 간의 상호 갈등과 혼란을 최소화하는 방법을 모색하고자 한다. 또한 원활한 다문화소통을 바탕으로 사회의 발전을 추동하는 집단지성(集團知性)의 형성 방법을 고찰하였다.
이를 위해 제2장에서는 한국사회의 다문화갈등과 특성을 요약 정리하였다. 이를 통하여 한국의 다문화사회가 앞으로 더욱 진전할 것이며, 다문화갈등에 대한 이해와 연구 및 대처가 미흡함을 설명하였다. 제3장에서는 다문화를 이해하는 다문화소통에 관한 이론들을 개괄하였다. 이를 통하여 한국의 실정에 맞는 다문화소통론을 개발할 필요가 있으며, 그 대안의 하나로 ‘비빔밥 이론’을 제시하였다. 제4장에서는 다문화공영을 위한 집단지성의 문화소통과 그 방법을 연구하였다. 이를 통하여 한국의 다문화가 사회적 융합과 발전을 향해 나아갈 수 있음을 논증하였다. 이러한 연구가 다문화사회의 모순과 갈등을 해소하고, 다문화구성원들의 삶을 향상하고 보편적 희망을 줄 수 있기를 기대한다.

This study aims to explore the complex nature of multiculturalism and multicultural conflicts within the evolving sociocultural context of Korean society. It seeks to develop strategies and methodologies that promote mutual respect among diverse cultural groups and contribute to collective prosperity.
Multicultural society is defined as a social structure where individuals of various nationalities, races, and cultures coexist, emphasizing cultural diversity and equality. The study particularly focuses on methods for connecting different foreign cultures within a single community space and minimizing cultural conflict and confusion. It also investigates the formation of collective intelligence that supports social advancement through effective intercultural communication. Chapter 2 provides a comprehensive analysis of the characteristics and types of multicultural conflicts in Korea, identifying current limitations and potential improvements in conflict understanding, investigation, and management. Chapter 3 outlines key theories of intercultural communication and argues for a model adapted to Korea’s unique context. As an alternative, the study proposes the “Bibimbap Theory,” inspired by the harmony of mixed ingredients in the traditional Korean dish. Chapter 4 explores methodologies for cultural communication and the development of collective intelligence to foster coexistence and prosperity. Ultimately, the study aspires to resolve contradictions in multicultural society and offer a vision of inclusive hope and improved quality of life.
