유도선수들의 스트레스 요인과 스트레스 해소방안의 관계 = The Relation between Stress Factors and Stress Relief Method of Judo Athletes

This study has surveyed about stress depending on performance aimed at judo athletes in high schools, colleges and researched the relation between stress causes and the plans for stress relief so that ultimately provide them with basic data to help to direct athletes to improve their performance in high schools, colleges. Therefore, study subjects as universal are judo athletes belong to Korea Sports Council as athletes of high school and university in 2009. Quota sampling has been utilized and available 289 copies of questionnaire among distributed 300 copies have been analyzed. The results are as follows. Judo athletes' factors before a game, amid a game, a game result, amid training, performance, personal relation, leisure, social factors have a meaningful effect on physical stress relief. Judo athletes' factors amid a game, a game result, performance, personal relation, leisure, social factors have a meaningful impact on compensation relief. Judo athletes' factors before a game, amid training, performance, personal relation, leisure factors have a meaningful influence on the method of an inquest stress relief.
