상담자의 불안정 성인 애착과 역전이 관리능력의 관계에서 마음챙김, 정신화의 순차적 매개효과

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 상담자의 불안정 성인 애착과 역전이 관리능력의 관계에서 마음챙김과 정신화의 순차적 매개 효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 본 연구를 통해 상담자의 불안정 성인 애착과 역전이 관리능력의 관계에서 이들을 매개하는 변인들을 찾음으로써 상담자가 효율적으로 역전이를 관리할 수 있는 방안들을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 한 내담자와 5회기 이상의 상담을 실시한 경험이 있는 상담자 322명을 대상으로 2주간 온라인방식의 설문조사를 한 뒤, SPSS 29.0과 PROCESS MACRO Model 6을 사용하여 자료를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 주요결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 상담자 성인 애착불안과 애착회피, 마음챙김, 정신화, 역전이 관리능력 간에 모두 유의미한 상관이 나타났다. 둘째, 상담자 성인 애착 불안 및 애착회피와 정신화 사이에서 마음챙김의 매개 효과가 나타났다. 셋째, 상담자 성인 애착불안과 역전이 관리능력의 관계에서 마음챙김과 정신화의 완전 매개 효과, 애착회피와 역전이 관리 관리능력 사이에서는 마음챙김과 정신화의 부분 매개 효과가 확인되었다. 이러한 결과를 종합하여 연구의 의의와 한계, 후속연구에 대한 제언을 논의하였다.

This study attempted to verify the sequential mediating effect of mindfulness and mentalization on the relationship between counselor-insecure adult attachment and countertransference management ability. In this study, we offer strategies that enable counselors to manage countertransference more efficiently by identifying variables that mediate the relationship between it and counselor-insecure adult attachment. Data collected during online surveys with 322 counselors were analyzed using SPSS 29.0 and PROCESS MACRO Model 6. The primary study results were as follows. First, significant correlations were found between countertransference management ability and counselor adult attachment anxiety, attachment avoidance, mindfulness, and mentalization. Second, mindfulness mediated the relationships between counselor adult attachment anxiety and attachment avoidance and mentalization. Third, the relationship between counselor-adult attachment anxiety and countertransference management ability was confirmed, and the results supported the complete mediating effect of mindfulness and mentalization on the relationship between counselor-insecure adult attachment and countertransference management ability and the partial mediating effect of mindfulness and mentalization on the relationship between attachment avoidance and countertransference management ability. The significance and limitations of the study are discussed, and suggestions for future studies are presented.
