불확실한 공급환경이 공급망 관리 활동에 미치는 영향: 공급망 구성원들 간 관계적 특성의 매개효과를 중심으로 = A Study of the Effect of Supply Uncertainty on the Supply Chain Management Activity: Focused on the Mediating Effects of Relationship Attributes Among Supply Chain Members

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effects of trust and commitment as the relationship attributes among supply chain members on the relationship between supply uncertainty and supply chain management such as logistics integration and information sharing. As a result of hypothesis tests, supply uncertainty affects positively on trust and commitment, and also trust influences positive impacts on both logistics integration and information sharing. However, commitment affects on only logistics integration positively. In addition, trust and commitment undertake the medium role between the supply uncertainty and Supply chain management activities, respectively. Thus, this study suggests firms should establish the strategic relationship based on trust and commitment with suppliers under uncertain supply environment.
