This research aims to view industrial parks which are high-density industrial spaces as a structure or system based on the theory of innovation diffusion and to analyze the process of innovation diffusion dynamically. To achieve this, analysis of causal loop diagram and simulation of stock and flow model were conducted. Ultimately, the main purpose is to identify policy measures that can enhance the diffusion of innovation in industrial parks and explore leverage variables that can maximize their effectiveness. The results suggest that while the expansion of tech-based startups within industrial parks may be a necessary condition from the perspective of innovation diffusion, it is not a sufficient one. Therefore, to strengthen the diffusion of innovation in industrial parks in the future, leverage variables that can increase the adoption rate of innovation will be crucial. In particular, there is a need to concentrate policies on areas that can enhance the adoption of innovation from advertising effects which is one of the major pathways of innovation diffusion. This implies that strengthening external information provision to eliminate uncertainty in the decision-making process of innovation adoption by companies is important.
