우울증 환자의 감정 관리를 위한 상담형 챗봇 및 일상 관리 프로그램

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 우울증 환자들의 감정 관리를 위한 상담형 챗봇과 일상 관리 프로그램을 개발한다. 우울증 환자들이 사람에게 직접적으로 말하기 어려운 경우에 대해 상담형 챗봇은 우울감을 감소시킬 수 있는 적절한 대화를 제공한다. 또한 우울증의 관리는 일상에서 본인 감정의 지속적인 경과 관찰이 필요하므로, 본인의 감정을 트래킹하여 관리할 수 있도록 일기 기록 및 내용 감정 분석, 감정 통계 기능 등을 제공한다. 그리고 사용자의 감정을 토대로 알맞은 음악을 추천하는 기능을 개발한다.

In this study, we develop a counseling chatbot and a daily management program for managing the emotions of depressive patients. When it is difficult for depressive patients to speak directly to people, counseling chatbots provide appropriate conversations to reduce depression. In addition, since managing depression requires continuous observation of the course of ones emotions in daily life, it provides diary records, content, emotion analysis, and emotion statistics functions so that one can track and manage ones emotions. And develop a function to recommend appropriate music based on the users emotions.
