      As the main purpose for this research was to find out how the sport training impacts on College Students physical conditions, we have tested on 20"K. college students" for 90 minutes 3 times a week. We have perlonned the test with"lnbody 2.0" and gathered data by using"SPSS Ver 10.0 statistic program" which made us easier to see the results. In order to get the average and the standard deviation of the physical conditions changes, "``Paired t-test" has been perfonned. The result it as follows: 1. After training the body fat ratio(p<.00l)and the actual amount of body fat {P<.001} has been conspicuously reduced. Furthrmore, thought it wasn`t very significant their wcight{P>.05}and BMI{P>.05}appeared to be less after training. 2. Muscle{P>.001}also increased, lean body mass{P<.001}also increased slightly. As a result, eight weeks of the dance sport training did give change to their body conditions. Therefore, it would be very helpful for other college students to reduce weight for better social and recreational puprposes.
