호텔기업의 BPR 에 관한 연구 : SW호텔 Project 사례를 중심으로 = A Study on Business Process Reengineering of Hotel Industry

The changes of business management environment which are based on information technology makes corporates & individuals become more competitive because the core of changes is to be considered "SURVIVAL" for new management strategy.
Business Process Re-engineering(BPR, this Abribation will be used in followings) is very important definition in hospitality industry, and then it should be taken as a determinant to solve difficult corporate problems thesedays.
The purpose of this study is on the analysis of SW hotel's BPR project and to see the Key Factors of Success(KFS, this Abribation will be used in followings) for BPR project in hotel business.
As a result of this study to be summarized as follows.
First, A strong leadership of management is required for the successful BPR project.
Secondly, To have decision making committee(Task Force Team & Project Manager) which is constituted of all the employees agreement is essential for the BPR project.
For the third, BPR project should be processed with their KFS.
Fourthly, The ranges and the depth of BPR project should be planned in advance.
Lastly, The BPR should aim at satisfaction of the guest.
The more experimental studies and researches about relation between KFS & BPR performences should be continued to this theory get more proved results.
