The purpose of this study were to check out the validity of dissertation thesis using the creativity development programs for elementary school students. Specially researchers focused on the three kinds of validities, that is, the congruence of the concept, the contents of program, and the post test for creativity. Under these concerns, 53 dissertations were gathered and analyzed. The key-words used for the computer searching at Parliament library were `creativity, `creative`, `effects`, and `experimental research`. After analyzing 53 thesis based on three research problems, the results were as follows ; First, analysis of 53 thesis revealed that there were severe incongruences among the constructs of creativity in the stages of study, that is, the writing stage of theoretical backgrounds, selection or development stage of the creativity programs, and the post-test stage for the enhanced creativity. Second, it was revealed that the dissertation thesis analyzed in this study had both the internal validity and external validity. A common problem through the most thesis was that researchers did not present the detailed information about research procedures for checking out the internal and external validity of their own study. According to the above results of this study, researcher presented some suggestions. First, both graduate students and their adviser professor must have a serious attitudes to the writing of dissertation thesis. Second, the course-work during the graduate school should be more rigorous than now. Finally, educational policy for enlarging the entrance numbers of graduate school should also be reconsidered.
