사회적 지지와 사업실패부담감이 자기효능감과 창업의도에 미치는 영향

국문 초록 (Abstract)

창업에 대한 정부의 지속적인 관심과 예산의 증대는 많은 예비창업자들을 배출하며 창업활성화를 도모하고 있다. 본 연구는 예비창업자들이 창업의 어려움을 극복하고 성공적인 창업실행으로 이행하는 과정에서 사회적 지지와 사업실패부담감이 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 예비창업자 161명을 대상으로 수집된 설문자료를 분석하였다.
분석 결과 사회적 지지는 자기효능감을 거쳐 창업의도에 정(+)의 영향을 주었으며, 사업실패부담감은 창업의도에 직접적인 부(-)의 영향을 미치나 자기효능감을 매개로 한 영향은 없었다. 이는 예비창업자는 창업을 준비하는 과정에서 사업실패에 대한 두려움으로 인하여 창업의도가 감소된다고 볼 수 있겠다. 또한 이러한 상황에서 이들의 주위의 부모, 친구, 전문가 등의 사회적 지지는 창업의도를 높여주고 사업실패부담감과 창업의도간 관계를 조절한다. 정부는 창업정책의 성과 제고라는 면에서 사회적 지지를 이끌어내는 창업지원 시책을 마련할 필요가 있다는 점을 시사한다. 향후에는 사회적 지지의 주체별로 구분하여 분석함으로써 보다 세부적이고 구체화된 시사점을 도출할 수 있을 것이라 기대한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The government"s continued interest in entrepreneurship and the increase of budget have produced many prospective entrepreneurs and encouraged their entrepreneurship. This study analyzed the data collected from 161 prospective entrepreneurs about how social support and the burden of business failure affect the prospective entrepreneurs" overcoming the difficulties of start-up and transition to successful start-up.
As a result, social support had a positive effect on entrepreneurial intentions to start a business through self-efficacy, and the burden of business failure had a direct negative effect on entrepreneurial intentions, but did not affect self-efficacy. This suggests that prospective entrepreneurs reduce their intention to start a business due to fear of business failure. In this situation, the social support of parents, friends, and professionals around them raises entrepreneurial intentions and controls the relationship between the burden of business failure and entrepreneurial intentions. The government implies that it is necessary to prepare a business support policy that leads social support in terms of improving the performance of the business startup policy. In the future, it is expected that more detailed and detailed implications can be derived by analyzing the social supporters.
