      Entering in 21st century, internet fever which accompanied by digital revolution are causing great influence in our society. Digital time, having special feature of rapid changes, uncertainty, speed and severance, substitutes analogistic paradigm. This changes are quickly spreading in every sphere like politic, economy, and society field. Also it accelerates the globalization and the market will enormously grow larger.
      In this point, Internet networking system which produces global information will need to connect network more closely. According to this, not even the customers have an ability in product information, also customers will participate indirectly or directly in producing the product and they will reform as a 'Prosumer.'. Therefore, customers taste are becoming more variety and they tend to prefer specific product, also the vivid of anti products at the same time. Their changes of taste are rapidly changing as well.
      In this condition, companies will need to have clearness grasp about customers changing taste because the companies are now in the situation of being very sensitive about substituting to survive in business area. Corporations satisfy consumer through consumer oriented knowledge, and technology, knowledge etc.. must lead production.
      The speed of decision-making of corporation's formation should be fast should be soft and can set and announce product properly in change of age. So, in this digital period, there is no many a person who hesitate to count venture business in suitable corporation's form.
      Though government-initiated venture drive policy overcomes Korean foreign exchange crisis, it was big force. The world is infinity competition, knowledge competition, speed war, age of diversification. Competitive within this world environment and ambivalent venture business' the importance need no longer to say.
      Furthermore, our country is the country that human resources are copious by high education level that do not rummage paying to where in the world. Manpower is that base that venture business of knowledge putting first grows of abundant thing is hardened hard. If venture business' effort and governmental suitable support, and cooperation with large enterprise etc. accomplish creation within strong base, clearness our country's venture business is going to grow steadily, and also, also economy also of our country may
