공공극장의 제작극장 복귀에 나타나는 가치혁신 차별화 양상에 관한 연구 - 국립극장 레퍼토리 시즌 사례를 중심으로- = A Study on Differentiated Value Innovationof Public Theater’s Return to the Producing Theater - case study on National Theater of Korea’s Repertoire Season -

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aims to analyze a recent organizational change of National Theater of Korea established as the first public theater by differentiated value innovation in strategic management that it made after launching a repertoire season program in year 2012. To verify it, a study investigated what caused an innovation to the National Theater of Korea under a hypotheses that differentiated value innovation might occur from a competitive market to a noncompetitive market when disregarded traditional performing arts regained its popularity from audience after a launching of National Theater of Korea’s repertoire season program like a case of Cirque du Soleil in Canada. Specifically, I applied the analytic frame of ERRC(Eliminate-Reduce-Raise-Create) related to differentiated value innovation on a change which occurred at five different areas of producing theater: 1)mission, 2)programming, 3)governance and artistic director, 4) theater management and organization, and 5)marketing.
