The explosive increase of new towns over the past few decades, it has also caused the aging of facilities in the city at the same time. However, the number of unmanaged urban facilities is increasing due to the inefficient method of facilities management. Quantitative data-based management is difficult because the maintenance of urban facilities is document-based analog methods. In this study, digital-twin analyzes the behavior of urban facilities, and it can identify the current state. To this end, digital-twin implemented through the linkage of a sensor attached to a physical model and a digital model based on the parametric method. Behavior that occurs in physical models reflect at digital models and visualizes in real-time. Obtained data from digital-twin makes raw data can convert as an indicator of the performance of facilities such as stress, the direction of s tress, the performance of the facility.
