충북혁신도시 조성의 갈등과 상생ㆍ협력 = Conflict and Win-win Cooperation of Promotion Process on Building Innovation City - A Case of Developing the Chungbuk Innovation City -

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구는 충북혁신도시의 사례에서 직면하고 있는 조성과정의 갈등의 문제를 해결하고 상생발전을 분석하는 데 초점을 두고 있다. 2012년에 완성에 하기로 하였던 충북혁신도시의 건설은 혁신지향적 발전패러다임에 근거를 둔 지역발전중의 하나이다. 본 연구는 지방정부와 이전 공공기관사이의 연계를 분석과 함께 충북혁신도시에 중심으로 상생협력전략의 연계를 위한 방안을 제시하였다. 충북혁신도시는 혁신지향적 발전 패러다임에 근거를 둔 지역발전전략 중의 하나이다. 충북혁신도시는 지역발전을 위한 큰 기회를 가지고 있다. 첫째, 충북혁신도시는 이전공공기관과 지역산업과 연계를 해야 성공할 수 있다. 둘째, 충북혁신도시는 전반에 대해 권한과 책임을 갖고 사업을 시행할 수 있는 행정체제를 구축할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 이전 공공기관의 지역에 대한 이해와 공감대가 형성되어야 한다. 그러므로 본 연구는 충북혁신도시를 사례로 혁신도시와 연계한 충북의 전략산업 중심의 산학연계 구축방안 모색을 통하여 지역의 상생발전방안을 제시하였다.

This study focuses to analyze the win-win development and to solve the problem of conflict facing the construction process in the case of chungbuk innovation city. Focused on completion in 2012 Chungbuk innovation city is one of the regional development strategies, which is based on the paradigm of innovation-driven development. Chungbuk innovation city has a great opportunities for the development.
So we can facilitate local development, It is important to be able to build a city of innovation. In the course of developing the city of innovation, First, Chungbuk Innovative City can do a success in connection with the public and the local industry. Second, Chungbuk innovation city is a need to build the administrative system have that it can be implemented the authority and responsibility for projects. Third, the previous public agency should be with an understanding and consensus in the area. The plan must be linked to regional strategic industries.
Therefore, This study presented the methods for linkage between regional industries and public organizations relocated to local regions
