회충에 의한 말단 회장염 1예 = A Case of Terminal Ileitis Caused by Ascaris lumbricoides

국문 초록 (Abstract)

말단 회장염의 원인 중에는 염증성 장질환, 비스테로이드 소염제 등의 약물이 대다수를 차지하나 드물게 Anisakis 같은 기생충에 의한 경우도 있다. 최근 국내에서 거의 소멸된 것으로 알려진 회충증은 췌담도계로 미입하여 합병증을 일으킨 경우가 드물게 보고되고 있으나 말단 회장염의 원인으로 보고된 예는 없었다. 저자들은 상복부 불쾌감과 복부 팽만감을 주소로 내원한 58세 여자 환자에서 내시경적으로 확인된 말단 회장염에 동반한 회충증을 진단하고 치료한 1예를 경험하였기에 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고한다.
