Recently the industrial working conditions, in which the explosion by the spark of the hand tools used in the fields of mechanical, electric & electronic, chemical and gaseous industries etc. could be broke out, have rapidly been increased.
In this experimental study for developing NONSPARKING BERYLLIUM COFFER ALLOY TOOLS according to KS E 4909 that could be used in those explosive conditions, the various productive conditions which are listed below have been developed: - (1) Material properties (2) Casting (3) Heat-treatment (4) Machining (5) Assembly & Inspection (6) Non-spark Testing.
With the application of the developed conditions listed above, the safety tools which are few thousands kinds of a small amount could be produced and sold as the alternates of the imported safety tools.
