This study investigated the differences of career exploration activities and career identity depending on undergraduates' personal characteristics, such as gender, grades, and teacher training courses. 468 undergraduates(male: 257 female: 211) were participated in the study. The study revealed the following results.
First, in career exploration activities and career identity, male students higher than female students. That is to say, male students formed the higher level of career development than female.
Second, it was revealed that the tendency of the higher grade the higher career identity.
Third, there was no differences of career exploration activities and career identity depending on teacher training courses.
Fourth, it was found that the interaction effects on the gender, grades, and teacher training courses showed significant differences on the career exploration activites.
