심리운동 연수 참여자들의 실태와 발전 방안 고찰 = Participation in Psychomotorik Training and Tasks for Future Development

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to analyze surveys filled out by the participants of psychomotorik training and contemplate on the tasks to develop national psychomotorik. For this, I created a questionnaire composed with regard to the composition of participants and their background and feedback from the training program and analyzed according to the role change and the changing process of theoretical paradigm of psychomotorik. As for development tasks for psychomotorik and training programs, first. it is required to activate job (continuous) training in line with expansion of various participants that need psychomotorik training, treatment and rehabilitation, and to achieve it, it is important to educate and train psychomotorik instructors in various fields by expanding participating conditions of the participants. Second, psychomotorik training programs must be developed involving diverse activities directly in connection with job domains of the participants. Third, in order for psychomotorik to expand its identity of inherent academic domain according to the changing theoretical paradigm, it is necessary to promote extensive qualitative and quantitative studies and expansion of translation and publication of expert literatures in related fields.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 심리운동 연수 참여자들의 설문조사 내용을 토대로 향후 국내 심리운동의 발전방향을고찰하고자 한다. 이를 위해 참여자들의 구성분포도, 참여 배경과 연수 프로그램에 대한 피드백으로 구성된 설문조사를 심리운동의 역할변화와 이론적 패러다임의 변화 과정에 비추어 분석하고자하였다. 이에 심리운동 및 연수 프로그램의 발전방안으로는 첫째, 심리운동적 교육, 치료 및 재활을필요로 하는 다양한 대상자들의 확대에 발맞추어 직업(계속)교육의 활성화를 통해 다양한 영역의심리운동사를 배출할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 심리운동 연수는 심리운동학이라는 학문적 토대위에 개인의 정체성과 의미 해석적인 접근을 바탕으로 대상자들의 특성을 고려한 참여자들의 직업영역과 직접적으로 연계할 수 있는 맞춤형 활동들로 발전되어 나가야 한다. 셋째, 심리운동은 이론적 패러다임의 변화에 따른 고유한 학문적 영역의 정체성 확장 및 확립을 위해 보다 광범위한 양적·질적연구가 필요하다. 또한 관련 전문서적들의 번역 및 출판 등의 보다 다양한 영역의 연구 활동이 필요하다.
