어린이집 원장의 직무인식이 직무만족에 미치는 영향 = 40인 이상 평가인증지표에 근거하여

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 어린이집 원장의 직무인식이 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 검증하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 부산지역 어린이집 원장 251명을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였으며, 분석방법으로는 빈도분석, 상관관계분석, 중다선형회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과는 첫째, 어린이집 원장의 직무인식수준은 건강과 영양, 안전은 높은 수준이었으며, 운영관리는 다소 낮은 수준이었다. 어린이집 원장의 직무만족수준은 직무자체, 사회적 인정은 높은 수준이었으며, 보수는 낮은 수준이었다. 둘째, 어린이집 원장의 직무인식과 직무만족은 모두 유의미한 정적상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 어린이집 원장의 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 어린이집 원장의 직무인식은 운영관리, 안전, 보육과정인 것으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of the job awareness of daycare center Directors on their job satisfaction. The subjects in this study were 251 heads of daycare centers in the region of Busan. A frequency analysis, correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were carried out. The findings of the study were as follows: First, the job awareness of the daycare center Directors about health, nutrition and safety was at a high level, and their awareness of management was slightly at a low level. As for job satisfaction, they expressed a lot of satisfaction with job itself and with social approval, and their satisfaction level with pay was low. Second, there was a significant positive correlation between the job awareness and job satisfaction of the daycare center Directors. Third, the job awareness of the daycare center Directors about management, safety and curriculum exerted an influence on their job satisfaction.
