The purpose of this study is to develop scale items to measure servicescape of ski resort, to measure servicescape of ski resort to use them, and to find out relationships among servicescape, customer satisfaction and Behavioral intentions. Hypotheses were developed from reviewing the existing literature and tested empirically.
The survey, based on questionnaire, was conducted in ski resort. The data were analyzed using SPSS 10.0 and structural equation model by LISREL 8.51.
As a result of factor analysis on servicescape of ski resort, 6 factors were extracted and titled "lift", "ski slope", "facilities layout", "safety facilities", "other facilities", and "ski equipments".
The results of the study show that servicescape of ski resort has a positive relationship with customer satisfaction, but has not relationship with behavioral intention. The customer satisfaction has a positive influence on behavioral intentions.
