鹽分檢定法의 微量化에 있어서의 分析政確度 = The Accuracy of Microdetermination of Chlorinity

국문 초록 (Abstract)

同一試料를 같은 사람이 같은 器具를 써서 實驗할 때는 普通量法과 微量法 두 方法사이에 正確度에 있어 差가 나타나지 않으나 各各 다른 試料를 다른 사람이 다른 器具를 써서 다른날에 實驗 할 때는 두 方法 사이에 正確度에 있어 큰 差가 생겨 總39個群의 試料에 對해 5%有意水準에서 差가 없는 것이 不過 21% 밖에 되지 않는다 . 이런 경우에는 微量法을 利用할려면 嚴格한 監督下에 方法을 規格化하는 同時, 細心한 注意로 操作해야한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The accuracy of the micro method of chlorinity determination has been compared to that of the ordinary macro procedure. When the sample has been determined under the specified conditions, i.e., on a same day by the same day by the same operator with the same instrument, the difference of accuracy between the macro and micro method was sufficiently small, otherwise the difference of accuracy was so large, and no difference was found only in about 20% of the thirty nine series of measurements within 5% of significance level. In this case, the micro determination should be done under severely specified conditions and also with careful manner of performance.
