      다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

      The Erwinia spp, Pseudomonas spp. And Xanthomonas spp. Were isolated from paddy or dry field soil with selected media. Isolated strains were tested the control of plant pathogenic E. herbicola, P. syringae and X. campestris by agar spot test. Biological control material producing gene was had not on plasmid but chromosome. Isolated bacteria were showed temporary growth inhibition of sen-sitive bacteria when culture together with them in solid medium and growthless zone, plaque-like appearance around its colony when cultured on a plate seeded with the sensitive bacteria. Isolated 6 strains from cultivated fields were showed high control ability to the respective plant pathogenic bacteria. Their identification were signed to Erwinia app, (3 strains), Pseudomonas spp,(2 strains) and only one of Citrobacter freundii. The high inhibitory activity during cultural time to isolated- selecting strains were reached at 3th day from inoculation. Isolated Erwinia spp,(EWY 3) was only negative to the antibiotics of ampicillin.
