위기의 학교학 : 미래 학교교육의 가능성과 한계성에 관한 연구 = The Crisis of Schoolism : A Study on the Analysis of the Possibilities and Limitations of the School Education for the Future

This study was to regard the new crisis faced by school education as a crisis of existence value, and in order to overcome the crisis, the source of the problem was derived from schoolism and dismantled. In addition, as an alternative, a plan for the transfer of the school science paradigm was proposed, focusing on the philosophy of Erudition. The crisis in school education began with the deterioration of school science paradigm. Schoolism was originally a part of pedagogy and a valid paradigm born for the professionalism, fairness, and science of school education. However, the political desire to make school the whole of human education has changed school science Paradigm. Schoolism tried to dominate schools by utilizing hypocritical capitalism, perjury meritocracy, and disguised democracy. To this end, the school's governance structure was formed using the logic of tests, averages, and competition. The school faced a crisis of existence and abolition due to the absoluteness, rationality, and fiction of the subject for the formation of political domination discourse in school science paradigm. This study dismantled these governance discourses by applying the socio-philosophical thinking system, and revealed their fictional intentions and contents. In addition, this study suggested that an educational paradigm based on the philosophy of Erudrition should be established for the paradigm shift of schoolism. Schoolism based on erudition education to realize human eruditing instincts, transfer meaning and useful knowledge, and realize the integrity of the whole thing. School studies based on erudition should be an academic paradigm that determines and acts that not a single student gives up based on students' awe of erudition. Otherwise, the school argued that it could not overcome a new crisis.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구는 학교교육이 직면한 새로운 위기를 존재 가치에 대한 위기로 간주하고, 위기의 극복을 위하여 그 문제의 근원을 학교학으로부터 도출하여 해체하였다. 그 대안으로서 배움의 철학을 중심으로 학교학 패러다임의 전이를 위한 방안도 제시하였다. 학교교육의 위기는 학교학의 변질로부터 시작되었다. 학교학은 원래 학교교육의 전문성과 공정성, 그리고 과학성을 위하여 탄생한 교육학의 일부이자 타당한 패러다임이었다. 그러나 학교를 인간교육의 전부로 만들고자 하는 정치적 욕망 때문에 학교학은 변질하였다. 학교학은 위선적인 자본주의, 위증적인 능력주의, 위장된 민주주의를 활용하여 학교를 지배하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 시험과 평균, 경쟁의 논리를 이용하여 학교의 지배구조를 형성하였다. 학교는 학교학의 정치적 지배담론 형성을 위한 절대성과 합리성, 주체의 허구에 의해 존폐의 위기를 맞이한 것이다. 본 연구는 이러한 지배담론을 사회철학적 사유체제를 적용하여 해체하고, 그 허구의 의도와 내용을 드러내었다. 더하여 본 연구는 학교학의 패러다임 전이는 배움의 철학을 근원으로 하는 교육적 패러다임이 이루어져야 함을 제언하였다. 배움에 근거한 학교학은 인간의 배움 본능 실현, 의미와 쓰임새 있는 지식의 전수, 뫔의 온전성을 실현하기 위한 교육이다. 배움에 근거한 학교학은 학생들의 배움에 관한 경외심을 바탕으로 단 한명의 학생도 포기하지 않는다는 결단을 내리고 행동하는 학문적 패러다임이 되어야 한다. 그렇지 않으면 학교는 새로운 위기를 극복할 수 없음을 주장하였다.
