댄스스포츠 참가자들이 인지하는 지도자의 전문성과 지도효율성의 관계 = The Relationship between the Instructors Professionalism and Coaching Efficiency Perceived by Dances ports Participants

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구는 댄스스포츠 참가자들의 기술향상이나 지도만족에 댄스스포츠 지도자의 전문성이 크게 작용할 것이라는 예측하에 댄스스포츠 참가자들이 인지하는 댄스스포츠 지도자의 전문성과 지도효율성의 관계를 규명하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 서울시와 대전시에서 댄스스포츠 프로그램에 참가하는 20대 이상 성인을 대상으로 2010년 8월부터 10월까지 약 3개월 간 유목적 표집 방법을 이용하여 총 330명을 표집 하였다. 조사도구는 댄스스포츠 참가자들의 개인적 특성, 그들이 인지하는 지도자의 전문성과 지도 효율성을 묻는 총 31문항으로 구성된 설문지를 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 t-test, 일원변량분석, 상관분석, 그리고 중다회귀분석을 실시하여 연구문제를 해결하였다. 이러한 과정을 거쳐 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 여성 댄스스포츠 참여자들이 남성에 비해 지도전문성 요인 중 기본원리강조를 높게 인지하였으며, 지도효율성 요인 중 지도자 만족도가 높았다. 20-30대의 댄스스포츠 참가자들이 다른 연령대에 비해 지도자의 인성을 높게 평가하였으며, 회원관리에서는 60대 이상의 참가자들이 다른 연령대에 비해 높게 인지하는 것으로 나타났다. 댄스스포츠 참가 기간이 3-5년 정도된 회원들이 지도자의 지도기술, 실기지식능력, 기본원리강조, 회원관리를 높게 인지하였으며, 지도자에 대한 만족도도 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 댄스스포츠 지도자의 전문성 요인 중 지도기술, 기본원리강조 요인은 댄스스포츠 참가자들의 기능 향상에 긍정적 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 댄스스포츠지도자의 전문성 요인 중 지도기술, 실기 지식능력, 기본원리강조 요인을 높게 인지할수록 댄스스포츠 참가자들의 지도자 만족도가 높다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was conducted to clarify the relationship between the professionalism of dances ports instructor and coaching efficiency. To achieve this purpose, subjects of this study were sampled 330 dance sports participant using purposeful sampling method for 3 months from August to October of 2010. Data were collected through the self-administrated 31 questionnaires which were used by preceding study. The analysis method was used t-test, one-way ANOVA, multiple regression analysis, correlation analysis methods in order to solve problems of the study. The conclusions were drawn as follows. First, females who participated in dances ports had higher perceived emphasis on general principle and coaching satisfaction than male participants. 20-30 year old participants perceived the lowest teaching techniques of them all ages. And 20-30 year old participants perceived the higher perceived humanity than over 60s, participants of singularity in 60s showed the highest perception in member management. Participants who have 3-5 years of dancing perceived the highest teaching technique practical training knowledge ability, emphasis on general principle, member management for professionalism factor, and coaching satisfaction in coaching efficiency of participants who learned dances ports in 1-3 years and over 5 years. Second, training knowledge ability and humanity of professionalism factor had significantly positive influences on ability improvement. Third, teaching technique, training knowledge ability, humanity of professionalism factor had significantly positive influences on coaching satisfaction.
