      본 연구의 목적은 노인여성을 대상으로 12주간의 태권도 품새 수련(1회 60분, 주 3회)을 통하여 혈청 콜레스테롤, hs-CRP와 NT-pro BNP에 미치는 영향에 대해서 알아보았다. 12주간의 태권도 품새수...

      본 연구의 목적은 노인여성을 대상으로 12주간의 태권도 품새 수련(1회 60분, 주 3회)을 통하여 혈청 콜레스테롤, hs-CRP와 NT-pro BNP에 미치는 영향에 대해서 알아보았다. 12주간의 태권도 품새수련을 통하여 체지방률, 체지방량과 이완기 혈압이 유의하게 감소하였고 제지방량은 유의하게 증가한 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 중성지방 LDL 콜레스테롤과 APO B는 유의하게 감소하였고 HDL 콜레스테롤과 APO A1은 유의하게 증가한 것으로 나타났다. 특히 인슐린 저항성, hs-CRP와 NT-pro BNP가 유의하게 감소한 것으로 나타났다. 그러므로 노인여성들에게 있어 태권도 품새 수련은 혈청 콜레스테롤, 인슐린 저항성과 NT-pro BNP에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 사료되며 이러한 결과들은 노인여성들의 심혈관질환의 발생을 예방하고 개선시키는데 도움이 될 수 있을 것이라 생각된다.

      The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of performing the taekwondo poomsae training(TPT) for 12 weeks(60 min/day, 3 times/week) on serum cholesterol, hs-CRP and NT-proBNP of older women, which have been regarded as risk factors of cardio...

      The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of performing the taekwondo poomsae training(TPT) for 12 weeks(60 min/day, 3 times/week) on serum cholesterol, hs-CRP and NT-proBNP of older women, which have been regarded as risk factors of cardiovcular disease. As a result, %fat, fat mass and diastolic blood pressure decreased significantly while fat free mass increased significantly in TPT. TG, LDL cholesterol and APO B decreased significantly while HDL cholesterol and APO A1 increased significantly in TPT. Especially, HOMA IR, hs-CRP and NT-proBNP significantly decreased in TPT. Therefore, it turned out that teakwondo poomsae training has positive influences on serum cholesterol, insulin resistance and NT-proBNP for older women, and these results will contribute to preventing and improving the condition of cardiovascular diseases.
