대퇴 경부의 가병적 골절

국문 초록 (Abstract)

작은 외력에 의해 발생한 골절에서 방사선 소견상 골용해 소견이 동반되면 우선 병적 골절을 의심하게 된다. 특히 고령에서는 작은 외력에 의해서도 대퇴 정부 골절이 잘 발생하기 때문에 방사선 검사상 골용해 소견이 동반된 경우 병적 골절을 감별 진단해야 된다. 저자들은 방사선 검사장 골용해 소견이 있는 대퇴 경부 골절에서 병적 골절이 의심 되었지만 가병적 대퇴 경부 골절로 진단 되어 치료한 3예가 있어 이를 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하고자 한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Pathological fractures are investigated first when diagnosing a fracture caused by lower energy trauma using the osteolytic radiological findings. In particular, in the elderly, fractures with osteolytic radiological findings need to be distinguished from pathologic fractures because a fracture of the femoral neck can occur as a result of lower energy trauma. We experienced three cases, who were initially suspected as having pathologic fractures by the osteolytic radiological findings, but were finally diagnosed with psuedopathologic fractures in the femoral neck. We report these three cases with a review of the relevant literature.
