고등학생의 음주행동에 영향을 미치는 요인 연구 = The Study on Factors Affecting Drinking Behaviors of High School Students

The purposes of this study were to describe drinking behaviors and to identify factors affecting drinking behaviors of high school students. This study collected data from a total of 1,006 high school students in Daejeon city. Data showed that year prevalence of alcohol use was 73.3%, and month prevalence of intoxication was 28.6%. The variability of drinking behaviors were associated with personal characteristics, family influence and social-environmental factors. The variables of influencing drinking behaviors were drinking friends, perceived accessibility of alcohol, alcohol outcome expectancy, self-efficacy, parental supervision, and sex. Consistent with previous studies, the most strong predictable variable in explaining adolescents’ drinking was peer-related factor such as friend’s alcohol use. These findings offered strong support for the social learning theory of adolescent alcohol use. Finally, the implications of this study were discussed and the future directions of study were suggested.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 고등학생의 음주행동에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고자 하는 것이었다. 1,006명의 고등학생을 대상으로 연구를 실시한 결과, 음주경험이 있다고 응답한 경우가 전체의 73.7%였고, 정기적으로 음주하는 습관적 수준의 학생도 28.6%이며, 폭음수준도 음주자의 52.5%나 되는 것으로 나타나 고등학생의 음주문제가 위험수준에 있는 것으로 나타났다. 사회인구학적 요인, 개인적 요인, 가족환경 요인, 사회환경 요인으로 회귀식을 구성하고 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 음주결과기대, 알코올에 대한 접근용이성, 친구 음주환경, 자기효능감, 그리고 부모감독정도 등은 고등학생의 음주행동에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 예측변인으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 영향력 있는 변인을 중심으로 청소년의 음주행동에 대한 실천적 방안을 제언하고 추후의 과제를 부언하였다.
