바이택트(bitact) 수업환경의 경험적 서사 기반의 필요와 피로 현상 분석 = An Analysis of the Needs and Fatigue Phenomenon of the Experiential Narrative Based in the Bitact Class Environment

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 포스트 코로나 시대에 바이택트 수업환경에서 수업전환 가능성에 대한 필요와 피로를 분석하기 위해서 질적 연구방법인 근거이론적 접근 방법을 사용하였다.
본 연구에서는 온라인·비대면 수업의 부정적인 측면과 긍정적인 측면 그리고 개선 방향에 대한 설문 그리고 심층면담 중에서 수업 전환과 연관되는 긍정적인 측면을 중심으로 지속적인 비교분석방법을 이용하여 개방코딩, 축코딩, 선택코딩 등의 순서로 진행되었다. 분석결과는 21개의 핵심개념에서 10개의 하위범주와 5개의 범주로 나타났다.
범주는 코로나로 인한 바이택트 수업, 가정의 학교화로 전환, 개별적 능률성으로 전환, 유의미 수용학습으로 전환, 코칭 수업으로 전환, 미래교육방식으로 전환으로 나타났다.
본 연구를 최종적으로 분석한 결과, 핵심범주는 ‘코로나 팬데믹으로 인한 바이택트 수업 환경에서 미래교육방식으로 수업전환’으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study used a grounded theoretical approach, a qualitative research method, to analyze the needs and fatigue of class conversion in a bitact class environment in the post-COVID-19 era. In this study, open coding, axial coding, and selective coding were conducted in the order of open coding, using continuous comparative analysis methods, focusing on surveys on online and non-face-to-face classes and in-depth interviews. The analysis results showed 10 subcategories and 5 categories in 21 core concepts. The categories were bitact class due to COVID-19, conversion to schooling at home, conversion to individual efficiency, conversion to meaningful learning, conversion to coaching class, and conversion to future education methods.
As a result of the final analysis of this study, the core category was 'teaching conversion to future education methods such as a bitact class environment due to the COVID Pandemic'.
