Therefore this study proposes a instruction method to increase efficiency of beauty class instruction. This method tries to check the effects of cognitive apprenticeship learning and traditional instruction method on learner`s academic achievement and attitude. For this, department of beauty which includes two classes and 37 students in Incheon industrial school is divided into two groups. One is the group applied to apprenticeship learning, the other is the group applied to traditional instruction. Learning content for experiment is method of permenant winding. Experiments are accomplished 18 times every 50 minute for three weeks. Measurement tools for effectiveness verification are test tool of academic achievement based on grading standard of beauty certified technician and learning attitude examination which is developed by Korean educational development institute. The collected data is analysed by independent-samples using SPSS WIN 12.0. From the result, we know that cognitive apprenticeship learning for Curriculum of beauty is effective for academic achievement and attitude compared to traditional instruction. In terms of academic achievement, cognitive apprenticeship learning and traditional instruction make positive result. However, in terms of academic attitude, only cognitive apprentice study makes effective result.
