디지털콘텐츠 저작권 침해에 따른 보호방안 연구 : 스마트폰 포렌식 중심으로 = A Study on the Protection of Digital Contents Copyright against infringement

2011, the current domestic SMART PHONE number of users exceeded 20 million.
By various application,
Smartphone improve our quality of life, and played a role as a pioneer in the digital convergence era. by the popularity of social networking, the convenience of internet use, ease of getting information without worrying about time and place.
However, as everything has ambivalence, the smartphone also has a negative side.One of the most serious problem is the digital contents infringement of copyright.
The violation increase over the year, more than 12,000 infringement case has been receives in Korea. Expert expect this problem will be more serious.
This study proposes technical, legal and social protection measures of smartphone digital contents.
Digital copyright infringement caused by technical problems should be solved by comprehensive solutions through improving laws and regulations, changing in social awareness.
I wish more in-depth research for copyright protection of digital content be in progress through the findings presented in the above 3 kind of solutions.
I hope change of smartphone users consciousness and ranges of social activities for copyright protections.
